The magic of the landscape, nature and wildlife will take hold of you whether you drive, travel by train or ride your bicycle. You will find here what you look for in hectic urban life – natural harmony and quiet rural life!           

The lovingly restored adobe houses of Somogy Kertje, its famous restaurant with the specialities of Hungarian Cuisine and a friendly village staff will welcome you at Bonnya – in the tribal land of Chief Koppány!

The cottage houses of the Holiday Village ****

Scattered in the village of Bonnya 5 comfortable rural houses, as natural part of the village, accommodate you. The houses are in walking distance from  one another and from the central building where the reception, the restaurant, the gym and a conference hall are located.

The “Great House” is a country mansion with balconies, a rural wine cellar, a small library, billiards and tabletop football. There are apartments and double rooms in the house, most have extra beds.

 The “Little House” with its spacious living-room area holds two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The fireplace in the living-room and the rustic stove in the kitchen round up the atmosphere. The Little House may hold smaller events, meetings as well.

The Lentil House, Panni House, Pusztai-house and the central building can accommodate a total of more than seventy guests. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom, safe, mini bar and satellite TV. In the courtyard you can park the car. Internet access via WLAN is available in the restaurant building.

Our Restaurant       
An impressive ambience and the excellent quality of food and beverage all add up to a lovely dinner. The culinary heritage of the Hungarian author Gyula Krúdy is part of the menu as well as our Swab specialties.       
All year round we organize unique barbecue parties on the terrace and in the garden restaurant. During the summer we offer cooling cocktails and in autumn our boiled wine is popular.

Weddings, events, conferences

Whether a wedding, family or corporate party our restaurant can host more than 100 guests. The air-conditioned conference room equipped with the latest technology is located above the restaurant in the gallery.         

Leisure time  
The picturesque natural landscape offers a great variety of outdoor programmes.
You can explore the environment on foot, by nordic walking or riding a bicycle. The various games lead by our animators, football and beach volleyball, ready-to-install adventure trail, treasure hunt with GPS, quad-ride, fishing, wildlife observation - combined with hunting – complete a family reunion or a corporate party. Being aware of fitness we are proud to present the fitness room, equipped with the latest TechnoGym appliances. Thus you can burn up calories even in the case of bad weather!
